Pascual Korchmar is the President and Founder of Korchmar Development, a real estate development firm based in Aventura, Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Pascual has led the acquisition, entitlement, and development of residential and commercial properties, specializing in multifamily and condominium projects. His expertise spans the entire development lifecycle, from site selection and design to financing, construction, and asset management.

Pascual was co-founder of Innovation Development Group, where he played a key role in developing and managing multifamily and condominium projects. Collaborating with national and regional partners, he has been involved in the planning, financing, and execution of residential and commercial projects. His career has been defined by an entrepreneurial and opportunistic approach to real estate investment, with a strong focus on value creation through strategic acquisitions and high-quality design.

Pascual holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Real Estate Development, combining technical expertise with financial acumen to drive successful development ventures.
